Welcome

Welcome

The New Life Big Book Study Workshops are held each Monday Night at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church located at 1500 Hooper Ave. Toms River NJ, 08753. The purpose and the function of the Big Book Study Workshop is to have an experienced member of the AA Program of Recovery, take us on an experiential journey through the Steps as they are outlined within the first 164 pages of the Big Book.

Bring your Proteges’ and bring your Sponcer!

The Big Book Study Workshops are meant to be informative only, the steps that you do with your sponsor are strictly your affair, however, intensive work with another alcoholic, fearless and thorough, are not only suggestive if you intend to recover from this deadly affliction. Be open minded and willing to continuously enlarge upon your spiritual life and great things will certainly come to pass for you and countless others who’s lives you touch with your mindfulness and loving kindness.

The Big Book is the “Basic Text” for the program of recovery known as Alcoholics Anonymous, it is not only important but it is Vtal that we learn the mechanics, the principles and outline of recovery presented within these pages as much as we need to perpetuate the AA program by passing this on to still others!

*If you are interested in starting a Big Book Step Workshop or Study group in your area, here are two formats posted in PDF on this website you can use. Also, if you have any questions, you can also contact me for input.
